Service Technician

SUMMARY OF POSITION
Precision X-Ray is seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team for factory and field support
(some travel required).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Incoming Technical Support – Troubleshoot and provide direction as needed.
• In-house evaluations and repairs
• Field Service – On-site preventative maintenance
• Maintaining open service cases and updating as needed in a timely manner.
• Complete and submit the necessary documentation as needed for in-house and field service
  work – Internal Service Reports, PM Checklist and Field Service Reports
• Submit expenses reports as needed in a timely manner.
• Provide written work instructions as needed.
• Performs all other duties as required to meet the company’s goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of mechanical assemblies with the ability to read and understand schematics and
  wiring diagrams.
• Working knowledge of high voltage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially in conflict resolution situations.
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Focused on providing quality customer service while keeping the company’s goals and focus in
  mind.
• Work closely with customers both nationally and internationally from a variety of different
  industries.
• Ensure that team priorities and goals are met and or exceeded.
• Must effectively use a variety of computer software to maintain client relationships, including
  CRM, ERP, and Office applications.
• Understanding of X-ray systems and dosimetry is a plus.
• Technical degree or equivalent in electronics.
