Team Lead Production (m/f/d)

interesting and varied tasks. We are looking for a new team member for the assembly of electronic assemblies and components and
service for our production as soon as possible.

Your Tasks:

• Leading production and customer service team
• Leading and supporting assembly of electronic and/or mechanical components and devices
• Production planning and organization for smooth and timely flow of our production
• Improving production processes and the upstream and downstream logistics and organizational processes
• Interaction with internal and external partners, such as purchasing and development
• Working out new processes with the development team

Your Profile:

•  You have completed a technical degree or training, for example state certified Industriemeister or Technician in e.g. Mechatronics, Elektronics or Mechanical engineering
• Experience as a prodcution leader or team leader
• You have experience in handling electronic components and modules
• You are a team player with very good communication skills and have a good command of German and English

Not absolutely necessary, but also interesting:

• You have experience building and producing optical devices
• You have experience with ERP and CRM software
• You have experience working with measurement devices such as multimeters, oscilloscopes and similar electronics measurement devices
• You have exerpience soldering and repairing electronic assemblies
