Julian steps into this position while continuing in his existing role as Test Engineer, where he has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to quality, attention to detail, and a strong customer-first mindset.

Strengthening Our Customer Support Capabilities In his new role, Julian will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of returned customer products—from initial goods receipt to final dispatch. This process is a vital touchpoint in our relationship with customers, and one that directly influences satisfaction, loyalty, and trust.

By bringing Julian’s technical expertise and empathetic approach into the service coordination function, we are reinforcing our dedication to operational efficiency, responsive service, and customer-centric innovation.
